We pride ourselves on offering a flexible return, refund, and exchange policy, making JacketSpire one of the most reliable online shopping destinations.

Each jacket is made to order, starting production only after an order is placed. As a result, we cannot accept refunds or cancellations once production has begun. Requests for size exchanges or issues with the received product must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be processed.

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and can take 15 to 45 days to process. Please allow 15-20 days for return processing and up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your account statement. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, covering the item price and any applicable taxes. However, the $30 shipping and handling fee is non-refundable.

If a product is returned for a refund, customers will receive 100% store credit. The actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Due to the size verification process at the time of order, full refunds may not be available for sizing issues; however, exchanges are allowed, with the customer covering the return shipping cost.

Items damaged by the customer or returned without original tags and packaging will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges. To qualify for a refund, all tags must remain attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.

All our products are shipped via DHL, FedEx or Skynet. The courier is chosen based on the fastest shipping route. Once the order is shipped, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to our customers with a tracking code for them to track it. We do require that the customer should provide us with the correct shipping address and their contact information. If in case an address or any other detail is mistyped at the time of the order, please contact our Customer Support within 24 hours.
